Born in 11 December 1951, in Kampot province (south-west of Phnom Penh City)
1971: enrolled in Faculty of Medicine
1980-1982: intensive course of Medicine was instituted after Khmer rouge regime
1982: attained Doctor of Medicine degree
1980-1985: working in 7 Makara hospital (actually is the location of 42 stories building, corner of Preah Sihanouk Bld and Preah Monivong bld), as an ENT physician along senior ENT doctor. Note: after 1979 liberation all medical students were able to practice as a physician due to lacking of medical doctors.
1985-1988: ENT specialist study in Cuba
1989-2000: working as an ENT specialist in Railways hospital (actually is no longer exist)
2007: attained ENT Professor degree
2000-2012: working at Preah Ang Duong hospital
From 2012: retired
